  1. These General Rules are supplementary to the INSPIRE Agreement and the Business Guide. In the event of any contradiction between these rules and any provisions of the INSPIRE Agreement, the provisions of the INSPIRE Agreement will apply.

  2. The Rules (including all terms, conditions and/or qualifying criteria for any commission, awards, incentives, competitions or prizes) may be updated, added to and/or amended from time to time by Clientèle or CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd in its sole discretion.

  7. The Xclusive Product benefits commence immediately upon successful activation of a Product Voucher and are accessible for an initial period of two months. Product Fees are paid monthly in advance.

  8. An Inspirator will only qualify as a Monthly Commission Earner once he/she has paid his/her monthly Aclusive Product Fee and has achieved the Inspirator Ranking of Networker, as set out in the Monthly Commission section of the Business Guide. Commission for a given month will:

    • Be paid to an Inspirator where the monthly Xclusive Product is Active and Paid with a DebiCheck Mandate in South Africa and in the case of Namibia, where the qualified commission earner has submitted Proof of Bank account on the INSPIRE App from their banking institution and the minimum requirements have been met.
